Gareth loved to send 'official and urgent' sounding e-mails to a few of us which, when opened, actually only contained a YouTube link to the latest song he had stuck in his head! I suspect this was mostly done so that said song would then also get stuck in our heads - I guess the theory being a shared earworm is a halved earworm...

Never failed to draw out a laugh (coupled with a groan of annoyance if the earworm took hold) every time I received one. I'll miss that and him. Never a dull moment. Top guy and a top boss.
